Do you think if I chant this prayer it will begin to seep into my sub-conscious? I hope so...
Whew! I have had two crazy weekends in a row. They have both caused me to conclude that all shots are definitely bad and possibly all liquor in general, from now on I will attempt to stick with beer and wine only.
I left work Friday drove south to Bonaire taught a lesson and headed north for Athens. That's right I'm a crazy person who spends to much time in the car. I met up with the girls and we went clubbing. It was a girls night, and we had loads of fun. Some of us even ate Pokey sticks and dealt with a wee bit of pointless drama for good measure. Saturday we were lazy till about noon when we headed out to tailgate where we talked, ate, drank (yay! flip cup), and even celebrated an engagement. We left the bride-to-be to watch the game; she got to play games downtown. It's a toss-up who had more fun. I screamed a lot, lost my voice, and we all left after that really depressing fumble late in the fourth quarter. Did the necessary trek across campus to the car and headed to sleep. Sunday, Kat and I drove to ATL to visit Steph. She lives so far away these days we have to get our fill of visits when we can. I guess at least she's closer than her last move, Panama. We wandered the Mall of GA, tried on the super push-up at Vicky Secret (Kat looked like a Mexican Dolly Parton) to be silly, saw a movie, and ate some stellar Korean food made by Steph's mom. Mmm Mmm good!!!
This weekend I really didn't do to much exciting stuff, but JT is never allowed to encourage me to take shots again. Enough said. Saturday was a complete waste, see previous two sentences. Friday was good day I taught two lessons and ate lunch with a different Steph and her daughter. Sunday was also good and uneventful; I taught a lesson and hung out with mom.
Belated congrats to Bo and Meredith (the tailgate engagement couple) on there Wedding Tuesday before last and their subsequent move to California. I also wish them well as they move on to Japan in the next couple months. I will miss Mer's spirit and fun, greatly.

Weekend!
Hey all,
Headed to A-town Saturday for the game!! Got to fit in all the social visiting into one day. Then, headed to ATL for Sunday b/c Steph is coming. Way excited about that!! Haven't seen her since she moved to KS.
For those of you that care work is going great, but as it turns out the boss was right the drive is getting old. Not b/c of the driving but b/c of the friggin time it wastes. I have ponies to ride and kids to teach and winter's early darkness is killing me.
Anywho! That's it. You can all return to your regularly scheduled programming.

I'm headed to Full Partners Farm in Gainsville, FL to pick-up a new lesson pony this weekend. So, my lesson kids, get ready for a new pony. His name is Freddy-Go-Steady. Isn't that cute. Then, Sunday I'm gonna try a new horse for me to show. Yay!

Summer anyone?
So boys and girls out there in happy land. I finally think I have all of my school paper work squared away and ready to make me an official graduate. Now I'm out to find those ever elusive jobs. I love graduating in a depressed economy.
And on a more cheerful note here are a few pictures of my summer:

End of Summer :(
So peoples I have returned from my summer camp job in FL mostly unscathed, and I seem to miss it already. The kids, mostly girls, while incredibly loaded with hormones (don't ya just love teenagers?) were mostly great and entertaining. We had the best group of interns this summer and managed to get through the whole summer without any serious mental or physical injuries occuring to anyone. Yay!
I even managed to squeeze in a bachelorette, wedding shower, wedding, moving away party, and vacation which doesn't seem like a big deal, but I owe all this free time to the generosity of Elena's heart for not killing me for leaving her alone on the weekends.
Then, I fit in another wedding this past weekend. Let me tell you I have a pretty wedding-filled next couple of years, I think. It seems that everyone is getting engaged; I can think of four and two more that will probably happen soon. ::SIGH:: I guess, at least some people are growing up and being normal. I think I'll hang onto my singleness for a while longer.
Anywho, that's it for now I'll try to keep ya'll updated. I kinda suck at it though.
